Appartement 90 m² avec terrasse de 15m² en riez de chaussée dans résidence de 2 étages. chambre à louer à étudiant avec 1lit et wifi .
Cuisine et salle de bains avec douche et toilette séparé. un grand. Salon/salle à manger avec télévision.
Possibilité de manger en extérieur sur la terrasse si il fait beau. Et de s allonger pour se détendre aussi.
je vis avec ma fille de 20 ans et un chien . Je loue la chambre à une étudiante ( seulement fille)

Arrêt de bus à 5mn à pied de l appartement: bus no 6 qui va direct au centre Antibes . Sinon on est tout proche de carrefour, décathlon
