Description of the accommodation

Je vis seule dans une grande maison avec jardin à Saint-Denis, ville où sont enterrés nos rois de France.
La maison est situé dans un quartier assez calme, je suis le seul pavillon qui est entouré d'immeuble.
Nous sommes situé à 2 mn du lycée Paul Eluard, à 5 mn de la faculté Paris 8 et de l’IUT.
A 5 mn du métro ligne 13 et des Tramway. A 1/2h du centre de Paris.

Chambre de 11m² avec lit, bureau, armoires. Une grande fenêtre permet d'avoir de la luminosité dans la pièce avec du soleil tout l'après-midi. La chambre a été refaite en 2018. La literie et le bureau ont été changé en 2018.
Accès libre et partage de la cuisine, toilette, salle de bain et buanderie (50 m²) ainsi que le jardin.

Loyer : 400 euro / mois + 115 € Charges (eau électricité gaz chauffage)
dossier APL (aide au logement CAF) possible.

Si souhaité en supplément : Petit déjeuner et repas du soir pris en famille. Tarif à discuter.
