Beautiful small two-bedroom for our flat on 6th and top floor with lift in turn of century building. This is a charming, sunny, well furnished flat with living room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet with two small separate double bedrooms. Original wood floors and east/west/north facing windows make this flat so quiet and luminous and very rare for Paris. It also allows for cross-ventilation with windows on three sides when it gets hot in Paris.

It’s located in the wonderful, trendy, and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops, including a convenient Franprix two buildings away and near the famous attractive rue de Levis outdoor market open 6 days a week. The closeby new Pont Cardinet metro is on line 14 and has a multitude of shops, restaurants, and parks. The new Martin Luther King Park is amazing and the lovely Square de Bagatelle just a few blocks away with its picturesque trees and stream.

Studapart Guarantee is required. The flat is perfect for 1-2 non smoking, quiet international students so please let us know what are your ideal dates for starting of lease and length of stay. The one contract will be in both names if you’re sharing the flat with a fellow student of your choice. If you prefer the contract in one name, that's fine too.

I’m American and a Studapart Ambassador and have an outstanding Property Manager (at my cost) who will help throughout your Parisien stay who speaks fluent French (although English is my preferred language!). Charges include internet, TV, water, trash, and building maintenance and excellent property management who'll take care of all details during your entire rental period. The only additional fee will be electricity which is based on consumption and is about 96E per month. We've recently installed energy-efficient radiators which reduce heating costs significantly. Also a brand new towel rack radiator in the bathroom. There is a basement "cave" (definitely humid as it's designed as a wine cellar) to put suitcases etc.

Great transportation!! 3 Metro lines close by are Pont Cardinet, Malesherbes and Villiers and Bus 31 to Étoile Arc de Triomphe and many other buses close by.

Train: Pont Cardinet in the heart of the 17th Arrondissement.
