Je mets en location un appartement de 45 m² proche de toute commodité (super marché, pharmacie, arrêt de bus, la poste, etc) situé à quelques pas de la fac du Saulcy et proche des sorties d'autoroute A31.
Logement entièrement meublé. Il comprend une entrée avec sa petite penderie, un grand séjour, une cuisine séparée, un WC séparé, une salle d'eau, une chambre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec les ustensiles nécessaire. Vous disposerez d'une TV, de canapé, table à manger, four, micro onde, lave linge, lit, etc, tout le nécessaire dont vous aurez besoin. Venez et déposer tout simplement vos affaires et passez tranquillement votre séjour. Vous n'aurez plus besoin de souscrire d'abonnement eau, électricité, chauffage, je vous fournis absolument toutes ces prestations. En plus je vous offre le ménage 2 fois par mois.
Durée minimum de location 1 mois, et durée max 6 mois.
