Charmant appartement au 1er étage dans petite rue calme, très bien equipé, bien situé a 12 min a pied de Gare Montparnasse, 5 min M12 et 10 min pour M6, ainsi que plusieurs lignes de bus. 2 minutes Institut Pasteur. Très apprecié par locataires, 4,9 en moyenne. Quartier convivial, commerces, bars, restos, deux marchés a proximité mar, mer, jeu, sam et dim. Deux stops par metro pour Parc des Exposition de Versailles.
