All students currently living in it are leaving during the summer so the appartement will have 4 rooms available.

- "Place Colbert" 1 minute walk (shops, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, boulangerie, grocery store...)
- Universities (Neoma, IUT,UFR, Staps, UniLaSalle, ESC...)
