Il y a 3 chambres meublées et équipées une salle de bain commune une cuisine équipée un salon séjour équipé Nous sommes 3 colocataires étudiant(e)s de 18ans à 22ans , un colocataire est parti mi juillet pour faire son stage de fin d'étude et nous cherchons un étudiant(e)entre 18 et 23 ans pour rester dans la même tranche d'âge, pour prendre la suite de la chambre libre C'est un bail individuel étudiant(e)s, chaque locataire a droit aux APL . Les charges comprises sont : l'eau, EDF et le gaz. Nous restons à votre disposition pour tous renseignements complémentaires.
Nous sommes à 15mn à pieds du métro Matabiau.Nous allons mettre des photos plus récentes sur le site mais la configuration reste la même à part la décoration qui change avec les nouveaux colocataires.
