Description of the accommodation

Si vous êtes étudiant, alors je vous propose une chambre dans un appartement très chic, et très calme, puisque dans une cour intérieure. Située dans l'hyper centre de Rouen (à l'angle rue du gros horloge et place du vieux marché), vous serez à 10 minutes de Mt St Aignan, et à 5 minutes des universités de Médecine, droit et sciences. Egalement à 5' à pied des centres artistiques comme le magnifique musée sur l'impressionnisme et du Théâtre, vous pourrez aussi vous déplacer en métro et en bus situés à 2'.
Enfin, vous vivrez l'expérience de partager l'appartement avec deux autres étudiants dans le respect de l'autre, mais avec une compagnie studieuse cependant.
