Bonjour, nous mettons à la location notre appartement de 38m², + terrasse de 10m² en première ligne face à la mer.. la plage est au pied de l’immeuble.
Il dispose d’une grande pièce à vivre/chambre , une cuisine séparée tout équipée, un espace buanderie et une salle de douche et WC.
L’appartement est très lumineux, traversant, en dernier étage avec ascenseur dans un immeuble sécurisé . Vue panoramique des 2 côtés (mer / Pic st Loup ).
Smart TV, fibre internet, electro-ménager de qualité ( lave vaisselles, plaques induction, frigo-congélateur, lave linge, four, micro-ondes, cafetière Nespresso…) et décoré avec goût

L’appartement est situé résidence « HORIZON 2000» , rive gauche à Palavas-Les-Flots.

Possibilité de se garer en prenant un forfait à 20€/an.
