1 chambre disponible dans une colocation pour 3 personnes, à partager avec 2 autres jeunes de 22 ans, étudiants à l'université Paul Sabatier en Master électronique

Colocation non fumeur dans un appartement de 68 m² et 3 chambres, entièrement rénové (y compris salle d'eau) il y a 1 an, décoration soignée et moderne, en rez de chaussée , dans un petit immeuble très calme et sécurisé (digicode), cave, local vélo, parking privé ouvert , quartier très tranquille et demandé sur Toulouse (entre le Busca et Pont des Demoiselles), proche aussi de Saint Agne (gare) et à surtout à quelques minutes à pieds du métro Saouzelong , proche tous commerces et toutes commodités, centre ville accessible rapidement (proche jardin des plantes et canal ) , également arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble

Chambre entièrement meublée et équipée, (chauffage électrique programmable)

Les 2 autres étudiants y sont en coloc depuis 4 ans et l'appartement est donc parfaitement équipé, y compris TV grand écran, fibre, Netflix, lave linge, lave vaisselle etc ...

Colocataires sérieux et studieux, aimant l'ordre, la propreté et amateurs de bonne cuisine. Savent apprécier aussi les divertissements (TV/foot/jeux vidéo/jeux de société...) et soirées entre amis à la coloc ou ailleurs. L'un est musicien et l'autre sportif.

Loyer indiqué tout compris (eau, chauffage, électricité, internet, assurances..); pas de dépôt de garantie demandé.
