Je souhaite vous proposer à la location mon appartement T2 meublé de 50 m² situé 2 rue Curie à pessac centre.
Il est au 1er et dernier étage
Il y a seulement un autre appartement dans l'immeuble.
Il est composé de:
une entrée
une salle de bain avec sèche serviette baignoire et d'un meuble lavabo ainsi qu'une colonne de rangement
une cuisine équipée et meublée avec evier, plaque vitrocéramique 4 feux, un four, un micro ondes, un frigo avec congélateur, une table, 4 chaises ainsi que toute la vaisselle.
une grande chambre avec un lit double, une armoire
un grand salon avec canapé meuble TV et TV écran plat ainsi qu' une table basse,un balcon.

L' appartement est équipé de la fibre.

Il n y a pas de charges de copropriété.
Seules les ordures ménagères une fois par an figurant sur les impôts fonciers.
L'électricité et l'eau sont à la charge des locataires en fonction de leur consommation figurant sur leur facture personnelle
