Jolie chambre meublée de 12 m² fermant à clé, elle donne sur un grand salon avec une cuisine américaine équipée. Grande salle de bain et toilettes indépendantes à partager avec une autre étudiante. Les 2 chambres meublées avec le salon forment un appartement indépendant avec son palier qui se situe au 2è étage.
L'autre chambre est actuellement occupée par une étudiante et j'ai dans l'obligation de louer la chambre à une étudiante femme pour des raisons culturelles.
La maison donne sur deux jardins.
Accés RER E de ST Lazarre ou Magenta descendre à Villiers. Puis Bus 308 Arrêt Fauvette
Accès RER A dir Boissy St léger 1 train sur 2,,de Chatelet, gare de Lyon, Nation, 1 train sur 2, descendre à Champigny. Puis bus 208 A arrêt Chateaudun
