L'appartement est fraichement rénové et très lumineux, il est situé dans une impasse au calme tout en étant à proximité des commerces, restaurants et plages de Cannes.Il est équipé d'une pièce principale avec sa cuisine américaine aménagée d'une plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur, four à micro ondes et un lave linge/sèche linge. La cuisine est reliée au salon par une table de comptoir en marbre pouvant être aménagée comme bureau. Le salon est équipé d'un canapé convertible (140x200) et d'un meuble TV avec TV écran plat.
La chambre est située dans la mezzanine avec un lit double 160x200. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche puis d'une vasque avec rangements et wc suspendus. Un placard avec penderie est disponible à l'entrée. L'appartement est disponible
