Town center house, located in the very nice residential area ( closed to Boulevard saint-marceaux, sector coutures, 51100 Reims, 10 minutes walking to Cathédrale Notre Dame de Reims ), to be rented out for 3 future roommates:

A part from the internet, other charges(energy +water) are not included, should be paid by the tenants according to the real consumption.
In related to the heating in the winter, we have renewed the whole heating system with the performed energy saving machine and the automatic temperature control system (it could save 35% energy compared to the old generation instrument).
According to the historical consumption (energy +water ) by student tenants, it's around 80-90 EUR per person for cold season and 50-60 EUR per person for not cold season (heating off).

Transport : bus stop "Yser" line 3 and "Brouette" line 5 are within 500 - 600 meters ( few stops directly to IUT and Universities), possible to go to University of Science by walking & bike; 1. 2 km to Sciences po (by walking) ; 3 km to Neoma campus 2 and 3,8 km to campus 1 ( by bike or via public transport bus & tramway);5 minutes by walking to Lycée Clemenceau & Lycée Jean jaurès; 10 minutes by walking to Lycée Saint Joseph.
