Dans une maison neuve avec jardin , dans un quartier commerçant tout proche de l'université. La chambre est au 2ème étage et elle fait 14m² . Elle est calme (belle vue sur des jardins) & lumineuse. A cet étage il y a Cette chambre, une salle de bain (pour l'étudiant(e) et mes enfants), un WC, la salle de jeux et les chambres de mes 2 aînés.
La chambre est non fumeur.

La chambre est proposée contre de la garde d'enfant/aide à la maison après l'école : Présence INDISPENSABLE les lundis/mardis/jeudis/vendredis à 16h30 précise jusqu'à 19h.
Les taches demandées seront : suivi de devoirs (enfants en primaire), aide pour le quotidien de la maison (vider les machines, rangement des chambres, faire des repas simples...).

Je cherche un(e) étudiant(e) fiable, dynamique, souriant, ayant du bon sens et aimant les enfants.

La chambre est éligible au APL, le loyer est valorisée à 400 €/mois et les heures de garde/d'aide sont valorisées à 10 €/heure.
Il n'y a pas de cuisine donc possibilité de prendre les repas avec nous les soirs en semaine.

- Je travaille dans le marketing pour une maison d’édition
- Mon mari (Mathias) travaille pour un organisme de formation pour adulte
- Raphaëlle (file de 13 ans) va au collège, elle est très souriante, toujours partante
- Marin (garçon de 11 ans) va au collège, il est curieux de tout et assez sportif
- Prudence (fille de 9 ans) va à l'école, elle est une charmeuse qui sait bien ce qu'elle veut
- Benjamin (garçon de 7 ans) va à l'école, il est très sociable et aime bien le sport.

Les 4 enfants s'entendent bien et jouent facilement ensemble. La garde est essentiellement pour nos 2 enfants les plus jeunes, les ainés étant autonomes.
