Nous proposons 5 chambres en colocation de standing dans un appartement meublé et décoré avec goût, tout confort, situé au 2ème étage (dernière étage) d’un immeuble proche de toutes commodités, commerces et transports en commun. (4 minutes à pied du centre ville de La Garde. La luminosité est vraiment un atout majeur pour cet appartement. Il est traversant et baigné de lumière tout au long de la journée !

Cette colocation s’adresse à des étudiants et jeunes actifs. Nous mettons à votre disposition tout l’équipement nécessaire pour veiller à votre tranquillité. Vous n’avez plus qu’à poser vos valises !

Le nombre d’occupants est limité à 5. Pour le respect de chacun, cette colocation est non-fumeur et les animaux n’y sont pas acceptés.
