Orientation nord-ouest, kitchenette avec 2 plaques électriques, petit frigo, micro ondes, vaisselle, mobilier, lit simple 90 cm x 200 cm extensible, balcon, salle de bain avec baignoire + WC, laverie automatique commune avec séchage au RdC. Linge de lit, de maison et serviettes de toilette peuvent être fourni gratuitement à la demande.
Câbles Internet et fibre optique installés, abonnement box/internet à la charge du locataire. Chauffage et ballon eau chaude électriques installés, abonnement EDF à la charge du locataire.

Dépôt de garantie remboursable à la fin de la location si sans dégâts, pas de loyer ou de factures impayés. Tous les dégâts seront déduits.
Sont inclus dans les charges : salaire du gardien, distribution du courrier et acceptation des colis, surveillance vidéo, 2 ascenseurs et leur entretien/réparation, entretien et ménage dans les parties communes, électricité des parties communes, taxe enlèvement ordures, eau froide.
Attestation d’assurance multirisque habitation avec la responsabilité civile tamponnée et signée par la compagnie d'assurances est obligatoire pour le bail.
La Garantie "loyers impayés" STUDAPART est obligatoire pour le bail, sinon la Garantie Parentale de la part des résidents fiscaux français uniquement.

North-west orientation, kitchenette with 2 hotplates, small fridge, microwave, concierge, furniture, single bed 90 cm x 200 cm extendable, balcony, bathroom with bath + WC, common automatic laundry with drying on the ground floor. Bed linen, house linen and towels can be provided free of charge on request.
Internet and optical fiber cables installed, box or internet subscription payable by the tenant. Electric heating and hot water tank installed, electricity subscription payable by the tenant.

Security deposit refundable at the end of the lease if no damages, no unpaid rent or unpaid invoices. Every damages will be deducted.
The charges include : concierge salary, mail distribution and acceptance of parcels, video surveillance, 2 lifts and their maintenance/repair, maintenance and cleaning in the common areas, electricity in the common areas, garbage removal tax, cold water.
STUDAPART "unpaid rent" guarantiee is requested. Parental Guarantee is accepted only from French tax residents.
Multi-risk home and civil liability insurance certificate is mandatory for the lease; it must be stamped and signed by the insurance company.
