C'est aussi très pratique pour se rendre à divers écoles et universités, par ex: l'IDRAC, l'ISCPA (à pieds ou 5 min en bus), à l'EM Lyon (20 minutes en bus direct), à l'université Catholique, gare Perrache (en bus: 7 minutes) par exemple. Le conservatoire est aussi à pied d'œuvre. L'INSA est à 35 min en Vélov ou métro...

Je suis propriétaire sur Lyon et je suis ravie d'accueillir des étudiants qui viennent parfois seulement pour de courtes durées dans cette belle ville.

L'appartement a déjà été occupé par des étudiants de l'EM, de l'université catholique, du conservatoire de musique, de l'IDRAC (Gorge de Loup), de l'INSA!

... et plusieurs nationalités se sont succédées (dernièrement: des vietnamiens et des allemandes!)

Ayant moi-même été étudiante à l'étranger lors de mes études, c'est une manière de "renvoyer l'ascenseur" en quelque sorte!
