Loue un studio meublé, situé entre Montparnasse et le Parc Montsouris à Paris, au 1er étage : pièce principale avec un canapé-lit et avec kitchinette (plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine).
La salle de bain est séparée avec petite baignoire, d'un lavabo et d'un WC. Surface totale 15 m² et le couchage est en Mezzanine.
Les charges sont comprises et comprennent eau, chauffage, electricité, hors internet et une réactualisation est faite dans l'année. Clair et très calme.
Le confort moderne et le charme de l'ancien pour cet immeuble des années 30.
Environnement sécurisé. Proche tous transports, que cela soit le métro (métro Alésia ligne 4), les bus ou le RER.
