Joli appartement au 8e étage d’un immeuble résidentiel calme de Créteil. Ce logement entièrement équipé, est neuf et très propre. Baigné de lumière, muni de fenêtres à double vitrage et d’une vue dégagée sur la ville.
Situé à proximité du Lac de Créteil, à 5 min à pied du Metro ligne 8 Créteil Préfecture. Egalement proche de l'Université de Paris XII (une station de métro).
Nous recherchons une colocataire pour une chambre de 12 m².
La cuisine est complètement équipée (micro-ondes, cafetière, frigo, congélateur, cuisinière, vaisselle, et couverts), tout comme la salle de bain, machine à laver, téléphone-Wifi.
