chambre à louer dans une maison à 30 m de l'université de saint Quentin en Yvelines. Et à 10 mn de L'ESTACA
Le locataire entre par la porte d'entrée de la maison, et accède par un escalier à sa chambre.
il n'y a pas de parties commune à part la salle de bain, les wc, et le palier.

chaque locataire a une chambre et, y est totalement indépendant ... les chambres sont équipées en studettes avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner .. micro onde qui fait four - plaque à induction - vaisselle .. un frigo à partager sur le palier - une salle de douche - wc séparé . les portes ont toutes un code pour la fermeture .
j'habite au réz de chaussé de la maison et il n'y a pas d'accès à mon appartement.
