Mon mari Francis et moi même louons dans notre appartement, une grande chambre meublée, au calme avec une entrée indépendante donnant sur notre jardin privatif.
Cuisine, buanderie en commun.
Nous sommes situés en plein centre de Morlaix à deux pas de l'IUT et du port.
La chambre comprend une grande salle de bain et WC indépendants, un grand dressing, un bureau, une table et 3 chaises.
Il y a aussi une télévision écran plat , internet et la fibre et avec le prix de la location Netflix et Prime vidéo.
L'appartement et la chambre sont non-fumeurs.
Ayant eu une mauvaise expérience avec notre dernier étudiant nous recherchons de préférence une étudiante calme, indépendante. Mais toute demande sera étudiée.
