L'appartement est constitué de 4 pièces (3 chambres + séjour) avec balcon, meublé et équipé.

Situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur dans une résidence très calme (les soirées et le bruit trop important sont donc interdits), il est lumineux et non fumeur.

L'appartement dispose de tout le confort : cuisine équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur-congélateur, micro-ondes multi-fonctions, petit électroménager), lave-linge, nécessaire pour repasser, TV et wifi (fibre).

Il se situe à 10 min à pieds du campus de Rouen (Neoma, UniLaSalle, université), des commerces et est au pieds des transports en commun desservant le centre ville de Rouen (15 min en bus).

La colocation est mixte et peut être internationale.
Deux chambres sont occupées jusqu'en juin 2026 par une étudiante et un étudiant français.
La chambre double n° 1 sera disponible à partir du 20 décembre 2025.

Possibilité de stationnement dans le parking de la résidence et 2 roues dans local commun.

Les charges comprennent : chauffage, eau, électricité, wifi, charges locatives.
