L'APPARTEMENT
Immeuble de 7 étages sans vis à vis et avec vue dégagée sur Marseille: Blancarde, le parc Longchamp, Chartreux et Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde.
Par contre, on est pas assez en étage élevé pour voir la mer... Dommage. L'appartement est exposé plein sud. Il est très lumineux et il y fait bon toute la journée car la vue est totalement dégagée:
- Salle à manger et salon, sdb et wc indépendant, 3 chambres (de 11 à 13m²)
- Chambres: lit 2 places 140x200, matelas, sommier-coffre (rangement sous le lit), 2 oreillers, 1 couette, protège-matelas, rangements, étagères, bureau rabattable, chaises, grand dressing intégré.

- VOUS AIMEREZ: arrêt bus 7 "Blancarde Progin" à 1mn, commerces, supermarchés, banques, restaurants, cinéma et épiceries sur Cinq-Avenues Lonchamps à 8mn à pieds.
- VOUS KIFFEREZ: lave-linge 9kg, sèche-linge 9kg, bouilloire, plaque à induction, hotte, cuisine US équipée (tout en noir mate), stationnement gratuit dans la rue, cave.
