Chaque chambre est équipée de tout confort (lit banquette pour deux, bureau & chaise pour le télétravail, frigo, rangements, télé & casque etc... ).

Une grande cuisine ouverte en commun toute équipée ainsi que 3 salles de bain (dont une privative).

L'appartement se situe au 1e étage avec ascenseur dans une copropriété au calme, à 10min à pied du métro Point du Lac ligne 8.
