Description of the accommodation

Nancy : F3 - sqf located rue Dom Calmet, at the 2nd floor in a quiet and safe building located 100 meters away from the "place Stanislas" in the heart of the city (flat share is possible) all bars and restaurant are very close. The best place to enjoy the city center and its attractions without the noise. The tram station to go to Artem or any other location/point of interest in the city is only 30 meters away.

This condo is composed of a main entrance, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 spacious bedroom (queen side bed with new mattresses)

Just drop your luggage when you arrive : The condo is fully equipped: High speed internet (Wifi), Netflix account included, flat screen TV, Playstation 3, washing machine, iron with iron board, cleaning equipment (vacuum, groom, ...)

Several full set of bedsheet and towels are provided. All equipment to cook (e.g. pan), eat (plates, cutleries) or have breakfast (coffee machine, kettle) is also provided
