Description of the accommodation

Un étudiant (homme) est déjà en place jusqu'à fin Mai 2024 et exceptionnellement j'ouvre la location du 8 Avril 2024 au 31 Mai 2024 SEULEMENT

Location pour 2 personnes.
Attenant à ma maison, Petit studio d'environ 30m² dont l'entrée est indépendante et dont les chambres donnent sur un jardin privatif. Accès rapide vers Paris, Bordeaux. A 10 min de l'île de ré, à 5 min du Centre ville de La Rochelle.
Il est préférable d'être véhiculé, certaines écoles se trouvant à près d'une heure en transport en commun (10 minutes en voiture).

Le quartier est calme, à proximité des bus, des commerces (zone commerciale de Beaulieu) et des professionnels de santé.
Dans le bourg : une pharmacie, 2 boulangeries, un boucher et bar/tabac/ presse ( 7 min à pied);
Les Plages sont à 10 min en voiture.

Présence d'un animal (chat) qui fait partie intégrante de la famille!

Le logement est non fumeur (ok à l'extérieur)

Chaque chambre de 10m² donne sur le jardin, et est équipée d'un canapé lit confortable, d'un placard de rangement avec penderie, d'un bureau et d'une télévision.

La cuisine comprend : kitchenette, frigo, plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique, micro-ondes, bouilloire, cafetière, vaisselle, lave-linge.
La salle d'eau comprend : une douche, un meuble vasque, un radiateur sèche serviettes, un sèche-linge.
Les toilettes sont séparés.
ATTENTION : la cuisine + salle d'eau et wc seront À PARTAGER avec l'autre chambre du studio.

Parking voiture devant la maison, moto ou vélo dans l'enceinte de la maison.
Accès wifi.
