Maison en colocation meublée à neuf pour trois personnes proche place Ney et campus Saint-Serge.

Possibilité de stationnement gratuit et facile dans la rue (quartier résidentiel) avec arrêt de bus en face de la maison.

Les 3 chambres sont disponibles.

Colocation meublée avec bail individuel non solidaire (chacun paye son loyer et dispose de son propre bail).

Le logement et les baux sont éligibles aux APL et garantie Visale. Garantie Studapart acceptée
