Colocation étudiante (2 personnes) plein centre de Nice quartier Notre Dame/Lépante. Une seule chambre est à la location à partir du 1ier Septembre 24 jusqu'au 31 Juin 25.

Loue spacieux 3 pièces de 80m² dans magnifique bourgeois classé au deuxième étage avec ascenseur à 6 minutes de la gare SNCF et 2 minutes du tramway.

Appartement d’angle refait à neuf idéalement placé à coté de toutes commodités (mer à 15 minutes à pied ou 2 minutes en tramway) ou un véhicule n’est pas nécessaire.

Chambres spacieuses de 18 m² bien isolées contre le bruit avec bureau.

Immeuble familiale ou le respect de la vie d’autrui est indispensable (fêtes tardives interdites).

Toutes commodités au pieds de l’immeuble.

WIFI et TV à votre disposition.

Chambre 2 à louer du 7 février au 30 juin 2025 à une étudiante (la chambre 1 étant déjà occupée par une étudiante).
