Description

Couple loue deux chambres meublées dans maison 150m². Les deux chambres sont indépendantes au second étage avec leurs sanitaires (WC et salle de bain) partagés entre les deux chambres.

- chambre meublée avec lit double, commode, bureau...
- internet filaire dans la chambre et wifi,
- lave-linge dans la buanderie à disposition,
- jardin accessible,
- cuisine et salon partagé avec les habitants (rdc),
- garage avec vélo empruntable,
- bail étudiant 9 mois.

Nous louons chaque chambre séparément :
Loyer mensuel de 400€ (dont 50€ de charges) pour la plus petite chambre et 450 euros (dont 50€ de charges) pour la plus grande chambre. APL possible.

Les charges comprennent tout (chauffage, eau, électricité, internet fibre) et sont fixes (forfaitaires).

Quartier Mangin / Ile de Nantes, proche fac de médecine, école des beaux arts, école d'architecture, école de design (EDNA) ... proche centre ville (3 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de tram T2/T3 Mangin).
