Je loue 2 chambres dans mon grand appartement type T4 au 2e étage d’une résidence sur les hauts de Lagny-sur-Marne (il ne reste plus qu'une chambre de disponible)

L’appartement pourvu de grandes baies vitrées profite d’un soleil traversant d’Est en Ouest. C’est un cocon lumineux dans lequel on se sent bien.

Les espaces partagés : la salle de bains avec baignoire, les toilettes, la cuisine équipée, le cellier (comprenant le garde manger, lave linge, sèche linge, aspirateur) et le salon (composé d’un canapé avec sa table, son projecteur et enceinte). La partie salle de repas avec une table et chaises donnant sur une petite terrasse.

Les espaces privatifs :
- La chambre Morioka (LOUEE), orientée EST, un lit une place, un bureau, d’une penderie et de nombreux rangements.

- La chambre Biei, orientée OUEST, vue sur jardin, un lit une place, un bureau et une armoire avec dressing.

Le forfait charges multiples comprend :
Le chauffage, l’électricité, l’eau, internet en fibre optique (wifi), ménage externalisé, les fournitures communes essentielles (papier wc, produits ménagers, savon pour les mains, lessive etc.).

Vous pouvez utiliser la place de parking partagée (pour l'instant aucune d'entre nous n'est véhiculée, vous seriez la seule à l'utiliser).
