Bel appartement T4 entièrement refait à neuf avec 3 chambres, un grand salon avec canapé lit et une cuisine américaine, une Sdb et 2 wc + dressing.

1 chambre sur 3 disponible. Bail individuel.

La chambre donne sur une cour et est sans vis-à-vis. Elle est équipée d'un lit gigogne (2 places), une armoire, une table de nuit et un bureau de travail. Oreillers, draps et couettes fournis.

Appartement traversant, plein ciel, avec 2 terrasses, portes-fenêtres en double vitrage.

Rénovation à neuf, tout équipé. Ameublement et matériaux de standing.

Métro les chartreux à 2min à pied. Ligne de bus en face. Gare St-Charles à 6 min en transports en commun. La poste au pied de l'immeuble.
