Description of the accommodation

à Pechbusque, petit village tranquille à 8 kms du Capitole.
Chambres meublées dans une villa avec balcon vue dégagée sur le coteau de Vieille-Toulouse.
La villa est parfaite pour vivre au calme à quelques minutes du centre de ville.

Un arrêt de Transport A la Demande (TAD) dessert la maison.
La villa dispose des pièces communes suivantes:
Salon avec grande TV 4K, freebox,
Salle à manger & cuisine (frigo, four, micro-onde, cafetière, machine espresso, grille-pain, bouilloire, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle...)
Un espace de Co-working.
A chaque étage, un salle de bain avec un WC séparé,
une buanderie avec machine à laver et congélateur, chauffage avec pompe à chaleur neuve , panneaux solaires.
