Superbe appartement de 63m² entièrement équipé, au 3ème étage d'une petite copropriété. Situé avenue des Martyrs de la Résistance, il est proche de toutes commodités, des transports en commun et du centre ville.

Cette colocation est composée de 3 chambres disposant chacune d'une salle de douche privative avec meuble vasque et douche, un lit double, un bureau, une TV et des rangements.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée: plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur, four, micro-ondes, machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Elle est ouverte sur une pièce de vie avec table et chaises, canapé, grande télévision, et donne accès à un balcon.
