Vous pourrez stationner votre véhicule en toute quiétude dans la rue, ou sur le parking. Tout est à proximité !

Le logement est un bel appartement de 70 m², situé au 1er étage d’une maison.
Les espaces communs sont composés d’une cuisine entièrement aménagée (mobilier, lave-vaisselle, plaques électriques, réfrigérateur/congélateur, lave-linge, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle...d’un séjour, de deux salles de bains et d’un wc séparé.
Une grande terrasse de 20m² Plein sud, aménagée et abritée.
Chaque colocataire bénéficie d’une chambre privative d’environ 12m², équipée d’un lit double, d’une table de nuit, d’un bureau, d’un miroir et d’un très grand placard
