Le studio est meublé et fonctionnel, à quelques mètres du métro Montobello, il y a une salle de sport à proximité ainsi que des commerces.

L'accès à l'immeuble se fait avec un vigik (double porte sécurisée), ili y a un local à vélo à disposition et un jardin au sein de l'immeuble ouvert aux locataires.
