Appartement rénové, lumineux et traversant situé au dernier étage d’une résidence proche de Paris avec vue panoramique ! Idéal pour une colocation. Il y a 2 chambres, un beau séjour, une cuisine et une salle de bain avec baignoire et des wc séparés. Vous jouirez également d’une petite terrasse très agréable pour des moments de détente seul ou entre amis. Il y a également une place de parking à disposition.

Niveau transport en commun, vous serez servis. Le rer B situé à 10min à pied est à 3 stations de Gare du Nord et 4 de Châtelet. Vous avez aussi le choix de prendre un des 3 bus (607, 609 et 152) au pied de l’immeuble qui vous déposera au métro 7, station 8 mai 45.

Toutes les commodités nécessaires se trouvent sur l’avenue (poste, pharmacie, banques, commerces de proximités, restaurations…)
