Une chambre meublée dans un appartement dans un quartier résidentiel du 12ème arrondissement, l’arrondissement le plus “Vert” de Paris . La résidence est très calme et entourée de jardins.
L’appartement est confortable (85 m²), tranquille (fenêtres à double-vitrage), 5ème étage, lumineux.
La chambre donne sur les jardins d’une promenade Plantée arborée et piétonne avec piste cyclable,
“ La Coulée Verte”, qui prend naissance à la Bastille et qui débouche sur le bois de Vincennes.. Le salon donne sur les jardins de la residence. Nous sommes proches de tous les restaurants et
commerces (primeur, boulanger, boucher, épicier, traiteur, Leader Price à 100m, Franprix,
Monoprix, Auchan, etc) et du marché avenue Dausmenil.)
La chambre ( 11,3 m², mesure 3m80 sur 2m70), est calme, équipée d’un lit double, draps et couvertures ( couette), chaise, bibliothèque, double armoire penderie , large commode avec miroirs et tiroirs.
Nous partageons avec notre locataire étudiant le libre accès à Internet (Wi-Fi), au salon, hall d’entrée,
salle de bain (baignoire, douche, lave-linge, séchoir), wc et cuisine (9 m²) équipée pour les repas (réfrigérateur, congélateur, cuisinière, fours électrique et à micro-ondes, évier double-bac, assiettes, couverts, placards, etc...)
Sérieuses références demandées. Interdiction de fumer. Atmosphère studieuse, mais conviviale.
Bon niveau culturel apprécié.
Métros: Bel-Air ( ligne 6) à 100m et Michel-Bizot ( ligne 8) à 300m.
RER A à Nation ( 2 stations) et ligne 14 à Bercy ( 3 stations). Accès à Bastille en 7 mn et au du
Quartier Latin en 20 mn.

A furnished bedroom in an apartment in a residential area of the 12th arrondissement, the “Green” arrondissement
of Paris. The residence is quiet and surrounded by gardens.
The apartment (85 m²) is comfortable , quiet (sound-proof windows), 5th floor. The room view is on “La Coulée Verte”, a walking and cycling promenade with gardens and trees, stretching from Bastille to the Bois de Vincennes,.
The bedroom ( 11,3 m², 3.8 x 2.7 ) is calm, fully equipped with a double-bed, ( sheets and duvet), chair, dressing with shelves, chest of drawers with mirror, book-shelves, large dressing in the
hallway, etc.....
The tenant and her 20 years old daughter are bilingual French/English. We share with the student guest free access to the living-room, entrance-hall, Internet (Wi-Fi), bathroom (bath, shower, cloth washing-machine, dryer), toilets, and kitchen (9 m²) fully equipped for meals (fridge, deep freezer, gas-cooker, microwave and electric-ovens, plates and dishes, double-sink, cupboards
for personal food shelves).
Serious credentials requested. Opportunity to speak French every day (History, culture, literature...)
Goode level of education will be appreciated ; stable and proper behavior too. No smoking.
