Description of the accommodation

Colocation de 4 chambres de 13 à 14 m² avec belle hauteur sous plafond, entièrement meublée et équipée en très bon état général, parfaite pour de jeunes actifs. A proximité du bouchon, de l'UTT, de l'ESC, de l'école d'infirmières.

Au RDC, une grande entrée et une cuisine commune aménagée, équipée : une colonne de meuble réservée par locataire, des meubles en communs, lave-vaisselle, frigo.
Au sous-sol, pièce supplémentaire disponible prochainement : pièce de vie de plus de 20 m² avec canapé, télévision, Wi-Fi, table basse réhaussable avec rallonge, bar, congélateur, sèche-linge.
A l’extérieur, un jardin avec salon de jardin, parasol, barbecue, un abri pour vélos et trottinettes. Places de parking possibles avec supplément.

RDC et 1er étage sont partagés par deux locataires :
