Very nice apartment of 4 bedrooms. It's possible to rent whole apartment if you are a group of 4 students, or you can rent one room individually!

Pleasant apartment of 4 bedrooms in total, convenient location, quiet and safe building, 10 minutes walking distance(5 minutes by bike) both to Y school and school UTT, IUT, 15 minutes to downtown city center.
3th floor with balcony, nice park view, well equipped kitchen.
Your room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, writing desk and shelf.
We are looking serious, calme and easygoing roommates!
Rent is 335euros, plus 60euros charges included: gaz heater, water, internet, electricity, (Charges amount is based on historical invoice, can be adjusted if there is overconsumption)
