Il s’agit d’un 65m², en rez-de-chaussée de maison, qui se compose de :
Une cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur séjour,
Une chambre de 12m² avec grand lit, rangements et bureau.
Une chambre de 14,5m² avec grand lit, rangements.
Une salle de bain avec douche, deux lavabos.
Toilettes séparées.
Il est équipé d’un lave-linge, d’une table à repasser avec fer à repasser.
Chauffage par pompe à chaleur air/air (climatisation l’été).
Il dispose d’une entrée privée par portail donnant sur une petite cour/jardin. Terrasse couverte de 31m² équipée d’une table avec chaises et d’un salon de jardin. Le tout clôturé.
Une place de parking possible devant la terrasse et deux places possibles à l’extérieur devant l’appartement.

Il est situé à 5mn de la Lacra et de Valence. A 10 mn du lycée Laffemas, de l' IUT, de l Esisar, des STAPS. A 5 mn de l’aéroport, à 10 mn de Montélier et de Chabeuil.
