Description of the accommodation

Location de 3 chambres meublées (il reste 2 chambres à louer). Chaque chambre a une superficie de 10 m² et est composée d'un lit double, une commode, des étagères, un bureau, et une armoire. La porte de chaque chambre est sécurisée. Les parties communes sont la salle de bain, WC séparé, la cuisine équipée ouverte, le salon /salle a manger et la buanderie. L'appartement a été refait a neuf, le mobilier et électroménager sont également neuf. Vous n'avez plus qu'à vous y installer !

L'appartement se trouve au 1er étage d'une résidence calme. La rue est calme et proche à moins de 3 min à pied de la station de métro Roubaix Grande place et à 7 min à pied de la gare de roubaix. Les commerçants sont disponibles et sont très proche de la résidence. Le prix de la location par chambre est de 400 euros dont 70 euros de charges (comprenant charges de copro à charge du locataire, électricité, gaz, box Internet).
