Il comprend 3 chambres, un salon meublé (Canapé, TV, table, chaises...), une cuisine équipée (Frigo, congèle, four micro onde, lave vaisselle, plaques vitro céramique, ustensiles...), une salle de bain (douche, double-vasques, machine à laver), un WC séparé, une loggia et un balcon.
Place de parking disponible dans la résidence. Interphone et porte sécurisée. Cave privative.

La COLOCATION abritera au total 3 personnes, une pour chaque chambre.
