Bel appartement rénové à neuf en 2019 dans le centre de Juan les pins entièrement équipé et loué avec internet! Appartement au calme, climatisé et très lumineux dans un immeuble sécurisé et propre.
Equipé de vaisselles, micro-ondes, frigo, plaques de cuissons, machine à laver le linge séchante et d'une télévision. Très fonctionnel celui ci dispose de beaux rangements et d'un canapé convertible très confortable.

A deux pas de la plage, des commerces et boites de nuits ce studio est également à 10 mètres d'un supermarché et 2O mètres des arrêts de bus allant directement du Sophia Antipolis (SKEMA).
