Studio avec couchage pour 2 pers, pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée et lave linge.
Salle de bains, WC indépendants, TV, jeux de société.
Au pied de la résidence: superette, médecin, kiné, esthéticienne, pharmacie, lavomatique, point poste /office du tourisme , nombreux restaurants, marché tous les lundi le long de la plage…
Soirées évènementielles en juillet/août.
A 10mn à pied du centre ville où sont toutes les festivités d'été.
A 100 m bus, 10 km gare SNCF
A 3 km aquarium, port de plaisance, piscine, cinéma, discothèque, grand hypermarché Casino et Zone de commerces.
Animaux calmes bienvenus. Nous n acceptons pas les fumeurs.
Avec caution 2 vélos peuvent être prêtés. Me contacter de préférence sur portable.
Location étudiant de septembre à juin possible.
