Les 6 chambres sont aujourd'hui disponibles, il s'agit d'une première mise en colocation suite à une remise à neuf complète de l’appartement en Juin 2021.
Chaque Chambre est équipée d’un lit en 120x200 + Grand Dressing + Bureau + Chaise + Android TV + connexion internet haut débit via la fibre + « coin pouf » pour se détendre + isolation phonique renforcée + serrure sécurisée.
Deux des chambres bénéficient d'une salle d'eau privative (prévoir 60€ supplémentaires sur le loyer de base pour ces chambres). Une salle d'eau à partager pour deux chambres au premier niveau, et une quatrième salle d'eau à partager pour deux chambres au deuxième niveau du duplex.

Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée (deux grands réfrigérateurs + congélateurs, plaques induction, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-onde, machine à café Nespresso, bouilloire, vaisselle, etc.)
Belle pièce de vie exposée plein sud, vue panoramique sur Reims et la basilique St Remi. Salon meublé en style industriel et équipé d'une TV grand écran.
Un balcon de 6m² aménagé avec un salon de jardin.

Une place de parking est disponible (/mois en option)
