Nous vous proposons cette colocation pour 7 personnes dans une maison située dans un quartier calme à Saint Denis.

LOCALISATION = quartier de la mutualité :

- Proximité Métro Ligne 13 arrêt Saint Denis Université (10 minutes à pied)
- Proximité Tram T1 arrêt Hôpital Delafontaine (10/15 minutes à pied)

- Proximité Stade de France (10 minutes en voiture)
- De nombreux commerces et bus sont à proximité de la maison

LA MAISON

Nous avons pensé la maison pour la colocation afin que chaque colocataire puissent avoir un espace dédié et des espaces de partage.
Toute la maison est meublée et équipée.

Ainsi nous avons créés plusieurs lieux communs :
- Cuisine équipée (four, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, frigo, congélateur, machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain, robots pour cuisiner,...) avec rangements individuels et rangements communs
- Extérieur avec jardin et terrasse équipée (plancha, table et chaises pour manger)
- Salon TV
- Un deuxième Salon TV / Salle de jeux avec babyfoot, fléchettes et jeux de société
- Deux Salles d’eau (pour 5 colocataires car deux salles d'eau privatives dans les chambres)
Deux WC
- Buanderie composée de 2 machines à laver, un fer + table à repasser et un espace pour pouvoir étendre le linge
- Garage
- Espace Musculation/Fitness
- Les 7 chambres privées (fermeture individuelle à clés)

LES CHARGES COMPRISES : Electricité, Eau, Internet Fibre Orange, Canal + et Netflix, Assurance habitation, Aide au ménage via un service d'entretien (toutes les charges sont comprises)

CONTRAT : Bail Meublé, Bail individuel non solidaire, Eligible CAF
