Je propose un bel appartement de plus de 100m² en plein cœur de Laval, exposé sud, avec 4 chambres.

Idéalement situé, vous êtes à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Laval, et à deux pas du grand carrefour market !

Des places de parking gratuites sont à proximité immédiate de l’appartement.

Petit plus non négligeable : trois médecins dont deux généralistes se sont installés il y a peu dans la copropriété où se situe l’appartement, il n’y aura qu’à traverser le couloir en cas de besoin !

L’appartement vient d’être meublé à neuf !

Tout est pensé dans l’appartement pour vous permettre de vous préparer en tout sérénité avant une bonne journée de travail et de partager de bons moments entre colocataires :
