Située au 29 RUE SAINT MARTIN. A proximité immédiate de l'université de Cergy (8 minutes à pied) , de la gare Cergy-Préfecture et centre commercial 3 FONTAINES (10 à 12 minutes à pied) , de l'école CY TECH (3 minutes à pied) et des arrêts de bus.

-Les Chambres sont toutes équipées d'un grand lit, rangements, et bureau. Chaque chambre bénéficie d’une vue sur le jardin avec serrure individuel.
