Jeunes propriétaires sympas travaillant entre Paris et Epinal, nous vivons dans le même immeuble que l'appartement, nous ne sommes pas compliqués mais nous demandons un respect des règles de la petite copropriété (8 appartements).

C’est à dire le respect: des consignes de tri des déchets, des jours d'évacuation des poubelles, des personnes intervenants sur les lieux ( femme de ménage intervenant dans les communs), de la propreté des communs etc...
Le respect des règles de vie commune pour l’entente de tous les occupants de l’immeuble dans la bonne humeur avec des personnes dynamiques, ouvertes et souriantes.

Nous sommes sur Nancy depuis plus de 15 ans et investis dans la vie locale, nous connaissons bien le quartier et la ville, nous pouvons vous conseiller à votre arrivée sur la métropole de Nancy.
